The Northumberland Police Department is using a new permitting system. Parking Permits are now being issued online, and have the option for automatic renewal. To purchase a Parking Permit, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to https://www.tocite.net/norrypd/portal#
- Click on “View Permits”
- Click on “register” for the type of permit you would like to purchase
- If you do not have an account and would like to use automatic renewal, click “Create Account”. If you do not want to create an account, click “Continue as Guest”. If you do not create an account, you will not be able to use automatic renewal.
- Complete the online form, select when you want the permit to take effect, and accept the “Terms and Conditions”
- Click “Purchase Permit”
You will be notified once your permit has been reviewed.
