Notice is hereby given that the Northumberland Borough Council will consider proposed Ordinance 2023-C amending the Borough Code to amend and replace in its entirety Chapter 24 Animals, Chapter 34 Licensed Occupations, and Chapter 59 Waste Management at its November 6, 2023 meeting at 6:30 p.m. held at the Municipal Building, 175 Orange St., North’d, PA. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Municipal Building.
